Diomande was born and raised in Bouaké, Ivory Coast, and have always been among the top students wherever he studied. Unfortunately, due to his father’s disease he had to interrupt his History course in the first year to work and provide for his family. Before Premise he worked in construction and sales and also as a Health, Safety and Environment officer.

I was in a remote village in the country for the Agricultural project. When I arrived, I saw destroyed houses, schools, churches and mosques. I inquired and was told that a few months earlier the forest guards and the army had destroyed the houses of the villagers under the pretext that they lived in protected forests. When I told them about Premise, they were very happy to know that many people around the world could understand their pain just with a phone. They were in a good mood and treated me like a king. I don't think I've ever been happier working for Premise.
