Arthur Soames

Chief Strategy Officer

Arthur Soames is Premise’s Chief Strategy Officer and leads Premise’s Public Sector Business outside of the United States. Prior to taking up his current role, Arthur spent four years as Managing Director of Premise’s UK & EMEA business, where he led the expansion of Premise’s International Commercial and Public Sector business from Premise’s London Office.  

Arthur has experience in scaling disruptive technologies, having led the Sales and Customer Success teams at Hummingbird Technologies, an AgTech start-up based in London. Arthur is a British Army veteran, having served as a Reconnaissance Officer in the Household Cavalry Regiment.  

Arthur is a graduate of Oxford University, where he studied Modern History, and of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, where he was ranked #1 for academic achievement.

In his spare time you will find Arthur mucking around in the countryside – on a horse, in a river or up a hill.
